Weekly Photo Challenge: Home

This week’s photo challenge is a response to “share a picture that evokes HOME for you“.

There are many things that may evoke home, but it is the personal things…the lovely things that warm and please me…such as a nice vase with some flowers. I could have put up a picture of my cats playing in the backyard, or my garden, or a warm cozy bed. All these things could signify “home” for me as well.

I guess you could say home is a feeling…a feeling of being safe, happy, content. This may or may not coincide with our physical home…it seems to be a place in the heart instead.
